Is your Workplace a Learning Workplace?

The workplace is a source of learning every bit as powerful as the classroom and today’s workplaces are dynamic places, which offer a range of learning opportunities for employees at all levels. The Economist in 2018 stated that with the pace of change in technology and in the business environment companies that don’t become Learning Workplaces risk being left behind.

Cork Learning City is committed to supporting and celebrating the Learning Workplaces in our city as part of our strategy to develop Cork as a Global Learning City.

In developing Cork’s strengths in this area, we are responding to the UNESCO Cork Call to Action on Learning Cities 2017 - to promote opportunities for decent work and entrepreneurship.
